Wow, what a week this was. Oracle announced so many new technologies that by the third day, most of the attendees suffered from an information overload.
Some of the buzz words on Oracle Open World 2012:
On the Applications level the most important message was the continued commitment of Oracle. Not forcing customers to Fusion Applications, but enhancing the user experience to increase productivity and efficiency. For PeopleSoft this is achieved in 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.53 with the following features:

It has been a great week of meeting the pros that build the features and having had a peek at the future. I know I got inspired to try new technologies and solutions the moment I get home.
